Dear Comrades,

                              We refer to the circular letter we have issued and placed on the website after the meeting of the Sectt. Held at New Delhi in April, 2016.  In the meeting, it had been decided to give priority for obtaining the registration from the Registrar or Societies for our Federation.  One of the pre-requisite for the same is to have the name and address of the member affiliates along with the list of office bearers and the copy of their Memorandum of Association and Bye-laws. We have placed the copy of our Constitution on our website.  The meeting has authorized the Secretary General and the Addl. Secretary to make necessary amendments to the bye-laws required to enable the registration.  To enable us to pursue the matter we request you to kindly send us by speed post, the copy of the Constitution, (i.e. Memorandum of Association and bye laws, Registration Certificate, List of office bearers, the name of the Chief Executive and the address of the organization.). 

                              We also had decided that we must compile the grievances of the pensioners in respect of the functioning of the CGHS, wherever the CGHS facilities are provided.  The next meeting of the CGHS Sub Committee is likely to meet soon.   The Secretaries of the affiliates are requested to prepare a self contained Note of the various infirmities in the functioning of the CGHS along with the suggestion to make improvement thereon.   Kindly place your views on our e mail and send an SMS to the undersigned in his telephone No. 09811048303 so that the same can be accessed from anywhere in the country.
