As you are aware, ITPA, Baroda has been entrusted with the responsibility of hosting the 2^nd Tri-Annual   conference of Income Tax Pensioners’ Federation (ITPF) at Baroda on 7^th and 8^th December, 2019. We, on behalf of Reception Committee extend to you our warm welcome to Vadodara.

By Rail, Vadodara is connected on Mumbai – Delhi Route and by Air, Vadodara is connected to Delhi, Mumbai, Bangaluru and Hyderabad.

The Reception Committee has arranged the stay accommodation from 12:00 noon of 7^th December, 2019 to 12:00 noon of 9^th December, 2019. Delegates are requested to arrange their journey schedule strictly in accordance with the above schedule.

In order to facilitate you reception on arrival and departure, you are requested to please furnish the details of your arrival and departure, number of delegates attending the conference to any of the following person latest by 30/10/2019. The entitlement of number of delegates for each unit and other schedule of conference proper will be communicated by Central HQ of ITPF, New Delhi.
